铸牢中华民族共同体意识:逻辑建构、桎梏挑战及实践遵循

摘　　要：从逻辑构建上看,马克思“共同体”思想、民族理论和中华优秀传统文化的“大一统”思想构成其理论逻辑。“华夷一家”“共御外辱”“和而不同”的不同时期构成其历史逻辑。实现中华民族伟大复兴的现实要求、治理民族问题的现实抉择、贯彻落实党的民族理论与路线方针政策构成其实践逻辑。从桎梏挑战上看,由于发展的不平衡不充分、民族分裂势力和地区分裂势力分化、意识形态领域渗透、西方多元文化主义思潮,对于铸牢中华民族共同体意识的主体认知、认同、凝聚力、向心力造成极大的影响。从实践遵循上看,必须坚持党的全面领导、推动共同富裕、发展中国特色社会主义文化、加强民族互嵌、提升民族事务治理体系和治理能力现代化水平、增强中国特色民族理论话语体系的影响力感召力,夯实铸牢中华民族共同体意识的组织、物质、心理、社会、法治和外部基础。From the perspective of logical construction,Marx’s“community”thought,national theory and the“great unity”thought of Chinese excellent traditional culture constitute its theoretical logic.The different periods of“all ethnic groups are one family”,“resisting foreign humiliation together”and“unity in diversity”constitute its his⁃torical logic.The requirements for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,governance of realistic choice to ethnic problems,implement the party’s national theory and policies constituted its route practice logic.From the perspective of shackles and challenges,the unbalanced and inadequate development,the division of national and regional separatist forces,the infiltration of ideological field,and the ideological trend of Western multi⁃culturalism have greatly affected the main body cognition,identity,cohesion and centritivity of the Chinese national community consciousness.From the perspective of practical compliance,we must uphold the overall leadership of the Party,promote common prosperity,develop socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,strengthen ethnic inte⁃gration,improve the modernization of the system and capacity for governance of ethnic affairs,and enhance the in⁃fluence and appeal of the discourse system of ethnic theories with Chinese characteristics.We must consolidate the organizational,material,psychological,social,legal and external foundations for the sense of community for the Chinese nation.
