摘  要:茶叶生产效率是衡量我国茶叶发展水平的一个重要指标。本文运用三阶段DEA模型对2002—2008年中国绿茶产业的实际生产效率进行分析和评估,实证结果显示:本文6省份2002—2008年绿茶综合效率都不高,规模效率和纯技术效率都不高,规模效率是最大的影响因素。因此,我国应提升茶叶生产技术、改进茶产业综合效率,提高纯技术效率和规模效率;把中国传统茶艺和茶道的精华融入现代茶文化,为茶产业发展提供丰富的内涵支撑;积极融入国际茶叶定价机制,刺激更多茶企参与国际茶叶市场竞争;合理规划茶产业发展,因地制宜发展茶产业,形成优势互补相得益彰的全国产业模式。Tea production efficiency is an important index to measure the development level of China's tea industry.In this paper,a three-stage DEA model was used to analyze and evaluate the actual production efficiency of green tea industry in China during 2002-2008.The empirical results showed that the comprehensive efficiency,scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency of green tea in the 6 provinces were not high,and scale efficiency was the biggest influencing factor.Therefore,we should enhance the tea production technology,improve the comprehensive efficiency of the tea industry,and improve the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency.Integrate the essence of traditional Chinese tea art and tea ceremony into modern tea culture to provide connotation support for the development of tea industry;Actively participate in the international tea pricing mechanism,encourage more tea enterprises to participate in the international market competition;According to local conditions,reasonable planning of tea industry development,in order to form a complementary national industrial model.
