摘  要:利用超微粉碎分级系统对木薯淀粉进行了微细化处理,得到不同粒度的微细化淀粉,并进一步制备了淀粉基木材胶黏剂,研究了淀粉粒度对淀粉基木材胶黏剂的性能影响。研究结果表明,粒度较小的微细化淀粉具有更好的粘接性能,干、湿剪切强度分别为8.10 MPa和4.86 MPa,相关机制可能归结为粒度较小的淀粉更容易发生接枝共聚反应,其制备的淀粉胶具有更低的成膜温度和更快的干燥速度。Utilizing an ultrafine grinding and classification system,tapioca starch was subjected to microfining to obtain starch particles of varying sizes.Subsequently,starch-based wood adhesives were prepared,and the impact of starch particle size on the performance of these adhesives was investigated.The study results revealed that finer microstructured starch exhibits superior bonding properties,with dry and wet shear strengths of 8.10 MPa and 4.86 MPa,respectively.The underlying mechanism may be attributed to the fact that smaller starch particles are more prone to graft copolymerization reactions,leading to the production of starch adhesives with lower film-forming temperatures and faster drying rates.
