摘  要:核心素养培养对于师范生的专业成长和职业发展具有至关重要的意义,它决定了未来教师队伍的整体素质和教育教学的质量。因此,探讨新课标视域下师范生核心素养结构体系非常必要。文章通过对新课标下师范生应具备的核心素养进行深入分析,旨在构建一个全面而系统的师范生核心素养结构体系,以促进师范生的全面发展,确保他们能够适应新时代教育的需求,成为具备专业知识和技能、高尚师德、深厚教育情怀、创新精神及实践智慧的高素质教师。The cultivation of core competencies is of crucial importance for the professional growth and career development of teacher trainees,as it determines the overall quality of the future teaching staff and the quality of education and teaching.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the core competency structure system of education majors from the perspective of the new curriculum standards.The article conducts an in-depth analysis of the core competencies that education majors should possess under the new curriculum standards,aiming to construct a comprehensive and systematic structure of core competencies for education majors,in order to promote their all-round development,ensure that they can adapt to the needs of education in the new era,and become high-quality teachers with professional knowledge and skills,noble teacher ethics,profound educational sentiments,innovative spirit,and practical wisdom.
