摘  要:文章首先阐述了评价改革的内涵,强调从单一的知识技能测试转向全面评估学生综合素养的必要性,然后提出了主要的行动策略:多元化评价指标系统的制定,教师新评价模式的实施以及技术支持和持续反馈机制的引入。这些策略不仅涉及评价方法和工具的创新,还包括教师培训和技术应用,以确保评价体系的科学性和实效性。通过这些策略的实施,旨在建立一个更加公平、有效和适应现代教育需求的评价体系。The article first elaborates on the connotation of evaluation reform,emphasizing the necessity of shifting from a single knowledge and skill test to a comprehensive evaluation of students’overall literacy.Then,the main action strategies are proposed:the establishment of a diversified evaluation index system,the implementation of a new model for teacher evaluation,technical support and the introduction of continuous feedback mechanism.These strategies not only involve innovation in evaluation methods and tools,but also include teacher training and technology application to ensure the scientific and effective nature of the evaluation system.Through the implementation of these strategies,the aim is to establish a fairer and more effective evaluation system that can adapt to modern educational needs.
