摘  要:学业拖延是儿童常见的心理现象,以往研究发现父母教养方式与学业拖延有显著相关。本研究依托自我系统过程模型、行为强化理论、成就动机理论和自我效能感理论探讨了父母教养方式对学业拖延作用的理论基础,然后从父母教养方式的种类,中介变量两个角度理清父母教养方式对儿童学业拖延的具体影响机制,介绍了相应的干预方法。发现有效的父母教养方式干预,以及时间管理倾向、不合理认知、成就动机等过程干预可以有效地减少儿童的学业拖延。Academic procrastination is a common psychological phenomenon among children,and previous studies have found that parenting styles are significantly related to academic procrastination.Based on the self-systemic process model,behavioural reinforcement theory,achievement motivation theory and self-efficacy theory,this study explored the theoretical basis of the role of parenting styles on academic procrastination,then clarified the specific mechanisms of parenting styles on children’s academic procrastination from the perspectives of types of parenting styles and mediator variables,and introduced the corresponding intervention methods.It is found that effective parenting style interventions,as well as process interventions such as time management tendencies,irrational cognition,and achievement motivation,can effectively reduce children’s academic procrastination.
