摘  要:增值性评价是改进中职学校教学评价的有效工具,具有显著的研究价值。本文针对当前中职学校教学评价重结果轻过程、缺乏对比评价、缺乏评价激励机制和评价反馈单一等现实问题,分析增值性评价的研究现状,阐释增值性评价的内涵和特点,探讨增值性评价在中职学校的适应性和优势,并通过创建基于电子表格的增值性评价模型和基于人工智能技术生成内容(Artificial Intelligence Generated Content,简称AIGC)数据分析的增值性评价在中职教学中的实践,说明数字化背景下的增值性评价能有效提升教学评价的效率,提高中职学校的教学质量。Value-added evaluation is an effective tool to improve the teaching evaluation of secondary vocational schools,which has significant research value.In view of the current practical problems of teaching evaluation in secondary vocational schools,such as emphasizing results over process,lack of comparative evaluation,lack of evaluation incentive mechanism and single evaluation feedback,this paper analyzes the research status of value-added evaluation,explains the connotation and characteristics of value-added evaluation,and discusses the adaptability and advantages of value-added evaluation in secondary vocational schools.By creating a value-added evaluation model based on spreadsheet and the practice of value-added evaluation based on AIGC data analysis in secondary vocational teaching,it shows that value-added evaluation under the digital background can effectively improve the efficiency of teaching evaluation and improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational schools.
