摘　　要：为了培育出具备跨学科视野和创新实践能力的现代体育人才,高校对体育旅游专业人才培养模式与路径进行研究尤为重要。针对当前高校体育旅游专业人才培养专业定位不明确、课程体系不完善、教学实践不充分以及交叉合作缺乏等问题,文章提出一系列具有针对性的改进策略,指出要通过加强市场调研、优化课程结构、强化教学实践及深化校企合作等举措,全面提升体育旅游专业人才培养质量,以更好地满足市场对人才的实践能力与创新精神方面的需求,为体育旅游专业人才培养模式的改革与创新提供有益参考。In order to cultivate modern sports talents with interdisciplinary perspectives and innovative practical abilities,it is particularly important for universities to study the training mode and path of sports tourism professionals.In response to the current problems of unclear positioning,incomplete curriculum system,insufficient teaching practice,and lack of cross cooperation in the talent cultivation of sports tourism majors in universities,this article proposes a series of targeted improvement strategies.It points out that measures such as strengthening market research,optimizing curriculum structure,enhancing teaching practice,and deepening school enterprise cooperation should be taken to comprehensively improve the quality of talent cultivation in sports tourism majors,in order to better meet the market's demand for practical ability and innovative spirit of talents,and provide useful references for the reform and innovation of talent cultivation models in sports tourism majors.
