摘　　要：乡村振兴战略正深入实施,农业、农村对高素质技能型人才的需求日益增长,为高职大学生提供了广阔的就业空间,也使高职大学生就业发展路径呈现出多元化趋势。这就要求高职院校积极适应乡村振兴需求,多角度提升高职大学生的专业技能与职业素养。文章分析当前高职大学生就业面临的困难,指出高职院校要注重专业技能提升与产业对接,多维度创新大学生就业培养模式,构建大学生高质量就业服务体系,以促进他们的高质量就业。With the deepening implementation of rural strategies,the demand for high-quality skilled talents in agriculture and rural areas is increasing,providing broad employment opportunities for vocational college students and presenting a diversified trend in their employment development paths.This requires vocational colleges to actively adapt to the needs of rural revitalization and enhance the professional skills and qualities of vocational college students from multiple perspectives.The article analyzes the difficulties currently faced by vocational college students in employment,pointing out that vocational colleges should pay attention to improving professional skills and industry integration,innovate multi-dimensional employment training models for college students,and build a high-quality employment service system for college students to promote their high-quality employment.
