摘　　要：高压静电场技术是一种新型的种子处理方法,在农业增产增收中发挥着重要作用。然而,已有的种子处理装置设计简单,无法保障操作人员的使用安全。针对这一问题,设计一种安全性更高、远程智能的种子高压静电场发生器。采用单片机作为控制中枢,由键盘、计算机发送控制指令,在高压电路部分,设计高压激励级、输出驱动级和升压电路实现可调节的静电高压。针对高压静电场的放电现象,进行特殊的防护设计,提高操作安全性。针对高压静电场的电磁干扰,采用LoRa通信技术和一种新颖的New-ACP算法,实现安全稳定的远程控制。测试结果表明,装置运行稳定,实测温度低于标准温度,通信丢包率在10%以内,装置已在黑龙江省庆安县等地进行实地试验试用。High voltage electrostatic field technology is a new seed treatment method that plays an important role in increasing agricultural production and income.However,the existing seed processing devices are designed simply and cannot guarantee the safety of operators.A seed high-voltage electrostatic field generator with higher safety and remote intelligence has been designed to address this issue.Using a microcontroller as the control center,control instructions are sent from the keyboard and remote computer.In the high-voltage circuit section,a high-voltage excitation stage,an output drive stage,and a boost circuit are designed to achieve adjustable electrostatic high voltage.Special protective designs have been made to address the discharge phenomenon in high-voltage electrostatic fields,further improving operational safety.In response to electromagnetic interference from high-voltage electrostatic fields,LoRa communication technology and a novel New-ACP algorithm were adopted to achieve safe and stable remote control.The test results show that the device operates stably,the measured temperature is lower than the standard temperature,and the communication packet loss rate is within 10%.The device has been tested in field experiments in Qing'an County,Heilongjiang Province and other places.
