摘 要:对接位姿优化是飞机自动化装配技术的核心,同时也是自动化装配中的重要环节,但当前优化方法存在一些不足和缺陷,优化后的位姿对接偏差较大,无法达到预期的优化效果,为此提出基于工程约束的飞机自动化装配对接位姿优化。描述飞机自动化装配对接位姿优化问题,以飞机自动化装配偏差最小为目标,建立优化目标函数,设定对接面几何尺寸、装配精度以及动力学和稳定性工程约束条件,利用粒子群算法求解最优位姿,实现基于工程约束的飞机自动化装配对接位姿优化。经实验证明,设计方法应用于飞机自动化装配后对接偏差在容差范围内,具有良好的位姿优化效果。Docking position optimization is the core of aircraft automated assembly technology,and it is also an important link in automated assembly,but the current optimization method has some shortcomings and defects,and the optimized docking position deviation is large,which can not achieve the expected optimization effect,so we propose docking position optimization of aircraft automated assembly based on engineering constraints.To describe the optimization problem of aircraft automated assembly docking position,with the goal of minimizing the deviation of aircraft automated assembly,establish the optimization objective function,set the geometric dimensions of the docking surface,assembly accuracy,and the dynamics and stability of the engineering constraints,and solve the optimal position using the particle swarm algorithm to achieve the optimization of aircraft automated assembly docking position based on the engineering constraints.It is proved by experiments that the design method has a good effect on the optimization of the aircraft automated assembly docking deviation within the tolerance range.
