摘  要:基于立足民办、面向社会、服务基层、培养高级应用型教师人才的办学定位,依据培养厚基础、宽口径、重能力、强素质的应用型人才的专业培养目标,本文以民办高校数学教师卓越培养为例,依托线上问卷调查和线下实践访谈结果,探索实践教学对数学卓越师范生教学技能的作用。基于师范生实践教学的改进策略,加强民办高校师范生实践教学培养、加强职前教学技能培育、加强职后适应性随访跟踪,以便于缩短数学师范生的从教适应期,进而完成卓越教师的培养与选拔。Based on the educational positioning of being based on private enterprises,facing society,serving the grassroots,and cultivating advanced applied teacher talents;Based on the professional training objectives of cultivating applied talents with a solid foundation,broad caliber,strong abilities,and strong qualities.This article takes the excellent training of mathematics teachers in private universities as an example,and based on the results of online questionnaire surveys and offline practical interviews,explores the role of practical teaching in improving the teaching skills of outstanding mathematics teacher trainees.Based on the improvement strategy of practical teaching for teacher trainees,we aim to strengthen the training of practical teaching for private university teacher trainees,enhance the cultivation of pre service teaching skills,and enhance post service adaptability follow-up and tracking,in order to shorten the adaptation period for mathematics teacher trainees and complete the cultivation and selection of outstanding teachers.
