摘  要:了解在新医科背景下高职预防医学生专业认同感现状及其相关因素,探讨专业认同感提升的策略与措施,为预防医学专业人才培养提供决策依据。采用横断面调查设计,于2023年2一4月对福建某高职院校预防医学和临床医学生开展问卷调查,并进行数据分析。预防医学高职生专业认同总得分为(3.63±0.73)分,认知性维度得分为(3.72±0.77)分、情感性维度得分为(3.64±0.78)分、行为性维度得分为(3.64±0.76)分、适切性维度得分为(3.48±0.81)分。大一、大二年级临床医学生专业认同总得分高于预防医学生(P<0.05);大三年级预防医学生专业认同总得分高于临床医学生(P<0.05)。不同年级、学习成绩、主动了解专业讯息情况、对学习条件认知、对专业的社会价值认知、对专业的发展前景认知、对该专业实现人生价值的评价及从事相关工作意愿是高职预防医学生专业认同感的影响因素(P<0.05),其中高年级学生较低年级专业认同感强,学习成绩较好、经常主动了解专业讯息、认为本专业的学习条件较好、认为本专业的社会价值较高、认为本专业有发展前景、认为本专业能实现自己的人生价值、愿意从事相关工作的学生的专业认同感较强(β分别=0.129、0.136、0.171、0.110、0.228、0.173、0.314、0.114)。高职预防医学生专业认同感受年级、学习成绩、专业讯息了解情况、对学习条件认知、对专业的社会价值认知、对专业的发展前景认知等因素的影响,应针对不同年级学生的特点及不同的影响因素开展有针对性的专业认同感提升教育。To understand the current situation and related factors of professional identity among vocational preven-tive medicine students in the context of new medical science,explore strategies and measures to enhance profes-sional identity,and provide decision-making basis for the cultivation of preventive medicine professionals.A cross-sectional survey design was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on preventive medicine and clinical medicine students in a vocational college in Fujian from February to April 2023,and data analysis was conducted.The total score of professional identity for preventive medicine vocational college students was(3.63±0.73)points,with a cognitive dimension score of(3.72±0.77)points,an emotional dimension score of(3.64±0.78)points,a behavioral dimension score of(3.64±0.76)points,and an appropriateness dimension score of(3.48±0.81)points.In the first and second year of college,clinical medicine students scored higher in professional identity than preventive medicine students(P<0.05);In the third year of college,the total score of professional identity among preventive medicine students was higher than that of clinical medicine students(P<0.05).Different grades,academic performance,proactive understanding of professional information,understanding of learning conditions,understanding of the social value of the profession,understanding of the development prospects of the profession,evaluation of the realization of life value in the profession,and willingness to engage in related work are the influencing factors of professional identity among vocational preventive medicine students(P<0.05).Among them,senior students have stron-ger professional identity,better academic performance,frequent active understanding of professional information,believe that the learning conditions of their profession are good,believe that the social value of their profession is high,believe that their profession has development prospects,believe that their profession can realize their life value,and are willing to en
