摘 要:任何产业的高质量发展都需要高素质、综合性人才作支撑,体育产业高速发展及其本身的特殊性,使得其对人才的要求更为复杂、多元。笔者从雇佣关系视角出发,采用系统性文献分析、访谈等方法,分析并探讨了我国高校体育管理人才培养的供给现状、雇主对体育产业管理人才使用的需求现状,阐释高校人才培养供给端与雇主用人需求端之间的结构性不匹配问题。在此基础上,笔者提出对高校体育管理人才的培养可以从供需两端进行改进与优化,即高校需注重与雇主需求的对接、企业需积极参与高校人才培养,从而实现教育成果与职场能力的有效转换。High-quality growth in any industry requires highly skilled and versatile individuals.The fast-paced expansion of the sports industry,combined with its unique characteristics,makes its talent requirements more complex and diverse.This paper adopts the employment relations perspective,utilizing systematic literature analysis and interviews to analyze the current supply of sports management talent cultivation in Chinese universities and the demand from employers for these talents in the sports industry.It highlights the structural mismatch between the talent supply from universities and the hiring needs of employers.Based on this analysis,the paper proposes improvements from both the supply and demand sides,suggesting that universities should place emphasis on aligning with employer needs,while enterprises actively participate in the talent cultivation in universities,ensuring the effective conversion of educational outcomes into workplace competency.
