摘  要:生理学作为临床医学专业重要的基础医学理论课程之一,主要结合临床研究讲述人体器官系统的活动规律及内部活动机制,旨在通过理论联系临床,培养学生的临床思维。在生理学教学中,以案例为主线进行教学的方式是目前临床医学教学的研究热点。文章首先对案例教学法进行概述,分析生理学课程应用案例教学法的意义,然后提出案例教学法在生理学课程中的应用步骤及要点,对如何以案例为主线展开生理学教学进行深入探讨,以期促进学生自主思考、理论联系实际,有效提升生理学课程教学效果。Physiology,as one of the important basic medical theory courses in clinical medicine,mainly combines clinical research to explain the activity laws and internal mechanisms of the human organ system,aiming to connect theory with clinical practice and cultivate students'clinical thinking.The teaching method of using cases as the main thread in physiology teaching is currently a research hotspot in clinical medicine teaching.The article first provides an overview of the case-based teaching method,analyzes the significance of applying case-based teaching method in physiology courses,and then proposes the application steps and key points of case-based teaching method in physiology courses.It deeply explores how to use cases as the main line to carry out physiology teaching,in order to promote students'independent thinking,connect theory with practice,and effectively improve the teaching effectiveness of physiology courses.
