摘  要:高校依托数字技术赋能教师全面发展,不仅是顺应高等教育数字化转型发展的时代要求,而且是提升高等教育社会适应性的迫切需求,也是实现教师自身职业发展的内在需要。结合数字技术环境对教师数字素养提出的基本要求及当前教师数字素养与技能培育工作面临的挑战来看,高校应当从注重教师数字意识培育、大力开展教师培训、加强校内外互动交流、有效推动数字化教学管理等角度入手,建立健全相关保障机制,协同推进数字技术赋能教师发展工作的高质量开展。Relying on digital technology to empower teachers'comprehensive development in universities is not only in line with the requirements of the digital transformation and development of higher education,but also an urgent need to enhance the social adaptability of higher education and an inherent need to achieve teachers'own professional development.Based on the basic requirements of digital technology environment for teachers'digital literacy and the challenges faced by current teacher digital literacy and skill cultivation work,universities should start from the perspectives of emphasizing the cultivation of teachers'digital awareness,vigorously carrying out teacher training,strengthening internal and external interaction and communication,and effectively promoting digital teaching management,establish and improve relevant guarantee mechanisms,and jointly promote the high-quality development of teachers empowered by digital technology.
