摘　　要：“教育家精神”是习近平总书记对全国教师提出的谆谆教导和殷殷期望。高校教师从自我教育的维度审思,要厘清教师自我教育的概念内涵和领悟教育家精神的内质,必须始终把握马克思主义教育思想和习近平总书记关于教育重要论述的思想作为教育家精神的内蕴与内核,并把教育家精神转化成为自身的内需,升华高校教师自我教育的内在属性,最终完成教育家精神的内化,同时夯实高校教师自我成长的现实路径。“The educator’s spirit”is the tireless inculcation and earnest expectation by General Secretary Xi Jinping for all teachers in China.College teachers should reflect,from the dimension of teachers’self-education,the internal quality of“the educator’s spirit”,and grasp that Marxist education thought and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on education,which is viewed as the inner core of“the educator’s spirit”,transform“the educator’s spirit”to the internal needs,and enhance the inner attribute requirements of self-education,complete the internalization of“the educators spirit”,and consolidate the realistic path of self-education practice.
