摘  要:国内学界对基础教育教师课程实施能力的研究已近二十年,但通过中国知网相关文献分析发现,该领域的研究仍存在明显不足。首先,深入研究教师课程实施能力的文献数量匮乏,且研究成果的影响力有限,研究针对性不强;其次,研究内容上,理论探讨较多,而实践研究相对较少,尤其是将理论与实践相结合的研究更为稀缺;最后,研究重点主要集中在教师课程实施能力的内涵和构成要素上,而对于其现状、影响因素及提升策略的研究关注不足。因此,亟需学界对这一问题给予足够重视,并展开更加深入的研究。Domestic research on curriculum implementation competence among basic education teachers has lasted for nearly two decades.Analysis of CNKI literature reveals persistent gaps.Firstly,few studies are made on the ability of teachers to implement curriculum,while the research results lack influence and the pertinence is not strong.Secondly,there are many theoretical discussions,but few empirical studies and even fewer studies combining theory with practice.Finally,the research mainly focuses on the connotation and composition elements of teachers'curriculum implementation competence,and only some researchers pay attention to the current situation,influencing factors and improvement strategies.Therefore,the academic circles urgently need to pay enough attention to this and carry out more in-depth research.
