摘 要:在新时代乡村义务教育发展中,地方师范院校发挥着培养乡村教师、推动乡村教育改革、提高乡村教育质量等重要作用。然而,新时代乡村义务教育面临顶层设计缺失、政策体系不完善、乡村教育式微、内生发展动力匮乏、帮扶机制不完善等问题,这些制约了地方师范院校助力乡村义务教育振兴。为此,要完善地方师范院校助力乡村义务教育振兴的顶层设计,完善乡村义务教育的帮扶政策,提高农村学校的内生发展动力,提升地方师范院校的教育服务能力。此外,还要建设地方师范院校助力乡村义务教育的校内服务平台和校际服务联盟,探索“政府+地方师范院校+农村学校”的教育服务模式。In the course of the development of rural compulsory education in the new era,local teacher training institutions assume an important role in cultivating rural teachers,promoting rural education reform,and enhancing rural education quality.Nevertheless,rural compulsory education in the new era is confronted with issues such as the absence of top-level design,an incomplete policy system,the deterioration of rural education,a shortage of internal development impetus,and an imperfect support mechanism,which constrain the contribution of local teacher training institutions to the revitalization of rural compulsory education.Hence,it is requisite to optimize the top-level design of local teacher training institutions to support rural revitalization,refine the support policies for rural compulsory education,augment the internal development impetus of rural schools,and elevate the educational service capabilities of local teacher training institutions.Additionally,a campus service platform and an inter-campus service alliance should be established to support rural compulsory education,and an education service model of “government + local teacher training institutions + rural schools” should be explored.
