创新赛制 全面升级 综合育人:打造具有中国特色、世界水平的职业院校技能大赛

摘　　要：全国职业院校技能大赛作为我国职业教育工作的一项重大制度设计与创新,自2008年以来,已连续举办16届,办赛规模和影响力持续提升,已经成为广大职业学校学子展示风采、追梦圆梦的广阔舞台,成为促进我国职业教育改革发展的重要抓手。2024年,全国职业院校技能大赛正式升级为世界职业院校技能大赛。作为2024年世界职业技术教育发展大会六大公共产品之一,2024年大赛以“技炫青春能创未来”为主题,秉持“精彩、公平、专业、开放”的办赛理念,坚持教育属性,突出综合育人功能,着眼于服务国家重点战略性产业、区域经济社会发展、大国外交布局体系和人的全面发展,在赛道设置等八个方面进行了全面升级;同时,按照升级后的赛制赛程安排,健全大赛制度设计、扩大国际队伍规模,赛事专业化、科学化、规范化和国际化水平得到进一步提升。As a major system design and innovation in China's vocational education work,the Nation⁃al Vocational Students Skills Competition has been held for 16 consecutive sessions since 2008.The scale and influence of the competition have continued to increase,and it has become a broad stage for vocational school students to show their talents and pursue their dreams,an important starting point to promote the re⁃form and development of vocational education in China.In 2024,the National Vocational Stu⁃dents Skills Competition was officially upgraded to the World Vocational College Skills Competition.As one of the six major public products of the 2024 World Vocational and Technical Education Development Con⁃ference,the 2024 competition has the theme of“Skilled Youth,Shining Future”,adheres to the concept of“Exciting,Equity,Professional and Open”,insists on the educational attribute,highlights the comprehen⁃sive education function,focuses on serving national key strategic industries,regional economic and social development,the diplomatic layout system of major powers and the overall development of people.It has been comprehensively upgraded in eight aspects including track setting.At the same time,in accordance with the upgraded competition schedule,the competition system design has be improved,the scale of the in⁃ternational team has been expanded,and the level of professionalism,scientificity,standardization and inter⁃nationalization of the competition has been further improved.
