摘　　要：鲨鱼制品是全世界利润最高的鱼类商品之一。在巨大利益的驱使下,一些不法分子开始非法捕捞,频繁走私,使得鲨鱼一直处于物种保护的边缘。目前,鲨鱼资源状况引起了各国的重视,所以尽快完善鲨鱼制品物种鉴定方法对打击走私,遏制犯罪起到了至关重要的作用。Shark products are one of the most profitable fish commodities in the world.Driven by huge interests,some criminals start illegal fishing and frequent smuggling,making sharks always on the edge of species protection.At present,the situation of shark resources has attracted the attention of various countries,so perfecting the species identification method of finch-fish products as soon as possible plays a crucial role in combating smuggling and crime.
