摘　　要：多源信息融合是一种多层次、多方面的处理过程,包括对多源数据进行检测、相关、组合和估计,从而提高状态和身份估计的精度。因其具有探测精度高、扩展性好、可信度高、获取信息成本低等优点,被广泛应用于现代军事和多种民用领域。其中,多源信息融合理论在军事背景下的机动目标状态估计方面起到的作用尤其明显。文章以多源信息融合理论为支撑,以导航信息数据处理与应用为背景,以提高导航定位精度为目的,开展基于聚类算法的非线性不等精度数据融合方法研究。利用对多源数据加权后聚类融合的方法提升数据精度,进而提升导航授时定位精度与数据处理等精度。Multi-source information fusion is a multi-level and multifaceted processing process,includ-ing multi-source data inspection measure,correlate,combine and estimation.Because of its high detection accuracy,it has the advantages of good expansibility,high reliability,low cost of obtaining information,and is widely used in modern military and various civilian applications.In many fields,multi-source informa-tion fusion theory plays an important role in maneuvering target state estimation in military context.In this paper,based on the theory of multi-source information fusion,the data processing and application of navi-gation information as the background,in order to improve the accuracy of navigation and positioning,the nonlinear unequal precision data fusion method based on clustering algorithm is developed.The method of clustering fusion after weighed multi-source data is used to improve the data accuracy,and then the navi-gation timing positioning accuracy and data processing accuracy are improved.
