摘 要:作为化工专业的核心课程,化工原理主要研究常见化工单元操作的原理和共性规律。实验教学是化工原理课程的重要组成部分,旨在通过实验操作,培养学生分析和解决化工生产过程中常见实际问题的能力。然而,化工原理实验教学主要依托传统的实验项目和设备,缺乏创新性和前沿性,难以满足新时代化工人才的培养需求。以前沿微孔膜研究成果为基础,针对化工原理膜分离章节,设计新型微孔聚合物PIM膜制备、表征分析及气体分离性能测试的课程实验。通过简单的溶剂蒸发方法制备PIM膜,使用场发射扫描电子显微镜和傅里叶红外光谱等仪器表征膜的形貌结构和化学组成,开展膜的气体分离性能测试。本实验能够有效增强学生对膜分离单元操作过程和原理的理解,学习使用表征分析仪器和气体分离测试装置,加强学生的逻辑思维习惯和实际操作能力,同时使学生更好地了解化工专业的前沿科技进展,为未来参加竞赛、开展科研以及走向工作岗位打下良好的专业基础。As a core course in chemical engineering,Chemical Engineering Principle mainly studies the principles and rules of common chemical unit operations.The experimental teaching is an important component of Chemical Engineering Principle course,aiming to cultivate students'abilities to analyze and solve common practical problems in the chemical production process through experimental operations.However,the experimental teaching of Chemical Engineering Principle mainly relies on traditional experimental projects and equipments,which lack innovation and cutting-edge technology,making it difficult to meet the training demand of chemical engineering talents in the new era.Based on novel research on microporous membranes,this paper designs a course experiment of the preparation,characterization analysis and gas separation performance testing of a new microporous polymer PIM membrane for the chapter of membrane separation in Chemical Engineering Principle.PIM membranes were prepared using a simple solvent evaporation method.The morphology,structure and chemical composition of the membranes were characterized using instruments such as field emission scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The gas separation performances of the membranes were measured.This experiment can effectively enhance students'understanding for the operation processes and principles of membrane separation units,learn to use characterization analysis instruments and gas separation testing devices,strengthen students'logical thinking habits and practical operation abilities,and at the same time enable students to better understand the cutting-edge technological progress of chemical engineering,thus laying a good professional foundation for competitions,scientific research and career advancement in the future.
