摘　　要：教育家精神作为教育事业的灵魂,对教师队伍建设和专业素养提升具有显著引领作用。在乡村教师队伍建设中,教育家精神为教师队伍的高质量发展指明方向,需以“乡村”为底色完善顶层设计。深入探讨教育家精神的内在意蕴,并在实践层面探寻其涵养路径,对于构建新时代高水平教师队伍具有重要意义。而构建新时代高水平教师队伍需从个人、学校、社会三个层面协同推进。其中,提升教师专业素养,特别是强化学科能力、学科素养及教书育人能力,是教育家精神落实的关键。然而,实现教育家精神依然面临挑战,社会需关注教师职业倦怠问题,通过端正对教师职业的认知,营造尊师重教的良好氛围。此外,在教育内卷背景下,教育家精神与应试主义评价体系并非不可调和,通过创新教学方法等策略,可实现二者的和谐共生。The spirit of educators,as the soul of the educational cause,plays a significant role in guiding the construction of the teaching force and enhancing their professional qualities.In the construction of the rural teaching force,the spirit of educators points the way for high-quality development,emphasizing the improve-ment of top-level design with a"rural"focus.It is of great significance to deeply explore the inner meaning of the spirit of educators and seek its cultivation paths at the practical level for building a high-level teaching force in the new era.Constructing a high-level teaching force in the new era requires coordinated efforts from the individual,school,and societal levels.Among them,enhancing teachers'professional qualities,especially strengthening their disciplinary abilities,disciplinary accomplishments,and teaching abilities,is crucial to implementing the spirit of educators.However,challenges remain in realizing the spirit of educators,and soci-ety needs to address teachers'burnout by correcting perceptions of the teaching profession and creating a re-spectful atmosphere for teachers.Additionally,it must be clarified that under the background of educational involution,the spirit of educators and the exam-oriented evaluation system are not irreconcilable.Through strategies such as innovative teaching methods,the harmonious coexistence of the two can be achieved.
