摘　　要：基于技能型社会建设背景,分析了高职院校在人才培养方面存在的问题,针对性地提出了构建校企合作新生态、优化实践教学体系、提升创新能力与团队协作能力、优化管理体制机制等实施路径。通过构建基于OBE理念的专业群顶层设计、对接区域产业优化专业结构、设计“三段式”进阶型课程体系、推进产教融合与“三教”改革等措施,提升高职人才培养质量和适应性,为技能型社会建设提供有力的人才保障。Based on the background of skilled society construction,this paper analyzes the problems existing in talent training in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward some implementation paths,such as constructing a new ecology of school-enterprise cooperation,optimizing the practical teaching system,improving the innovation ability and teamwork ability,and optimizing the management system and mechanism.By constructing the top-level design of the professional group based on the OBE concept,docking the regional industry to optimize the professional structure,designing the"three-stage"advanced curriculum system,promoting the integration of production and education and the reform of"three teachings",the quality and adaptability of higher vocational personnel training are improved,and a strong talent guarantee is provided for the construction of a skilled society.
