摘　　要：为加速试用产品上车服役提供技术支撑,通过分析动车组车轮车轴主要设计参数、生产和服役过程中的故障情况等,确定影响动车组车轮车轴服役性能的因素。详细阐述速度等级、轴重、制动条件、牵引条件、设计结构、踏面外形、材质、钢坯制造、毛坯制造、精加工工艺等关联因素变化对车轮车轴产品服役性能的影响。根据外部载荷、产品几何特征、材料特性等变更对车轮车轴的影响程度,提出动车组车轮车轴试用产品类型判定建议,为相关方进一步优化车轮车轴试用方案提供支撑。To provide technical support for accelerating the service of trail products,the factors affecting the service performance of wheels and axles of EMU/DMU are proposed,based on the analysis of the main design parameters of the wheels and axles of EMU/DMU,as well as the fault situations during the manufacture and service processes.The impact of changes in related factors such as speed level,axle load,braking conditions,traction conditions,design structure,tread form,material,steel billet manufacturing,semi⁃finished product manufacturing,and precision machin⁃ing manufacturing on wheels and axles service performance is elaborated in detail.According to the influence degree of external load,product geometric characteristics,material characteristics and other changes on wheels and axles,suggestions on judging and determinating the trial product types of EMU/DMU wheels and axles are put forward,which car provide the support for relevant parties to further optimize the trial scheme of wheels and axles.
