摘  要:在全球化与现代化的浪潮中,中华优秀传统文化作为民族精神的瑰宝,其深厚的历史底蕴和独特的价值理念日益受到关注。在高等教育领域,如何将这一宝贵的文化遗产与现代教育管理相结合,成为值得深入研究的课题,这不仅有利于高校教育管理的自身开展,还能够促进中华优秀传统文化在新时代的传承和实践。选取与高校教育相关的管理思想进行阐述,梳理中华优秀传统文化与高校教育管理融合的价值意蕴,进一步挖掘其在高校教育管理中的具体应用,思考如何将中华优秀传统文化应用于高校教育管理实践,能够为高校教育管理的创新与发展提供新的视角和思路,以推动教育管理工作的创新与发展。In the tide of globalization and modernization,the excellent traditional Chinese culture,as the treasure of the national spirit,has increasingly attracted attention for its profound historical heritage and unique values.Especially in the field of higher education,how to combine this precious cultural heritage with modern educational management has become a topic worthy of in-depth research at present,which is not only conducive to the development of university education management itself,but also can promote the inheritance and practice of traditional Chinese culture in the new era.Therefore,this paper selects the management ideas related to higher education to elaborate,sorts out the value implications of the integration of excellent traditional Chinese culture and higher education management,and further explores its specific applications in higher education management.The aim is to explore how to apply excellent traditional Chinese culture to the practice of higher education management,provide new perspectives and ideas for the innovation and development of higher education management,so as to promote the innovation and development of education management work.
