摘 要:创新活动的不确定性和高失败率导致在修复失败创伤过程中再生创造力成为创新团队必备的生存能力,而团队创造力如何伴随创新失败修复实现再生尚有待揭示。本研究在创新失败修复这一新视角下,结合自我调节理论和案例访谈探索团队成员在创新失败后基于团队特征进行情绪、动机、认知、行为四个方面自我调节来修复失败创伤和实现团队创造力再生过程中的关键要素,构建关键要素联合催生团队创造力的组态模型,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA)探讨消极情绪管理、创新使命清晰化、团队反思、创新机会重估、团队失败学习、外部知识获取、失败风险承担和团队长期导向八个创新失败修复要素对团队创造力再生的联动效应,最终发现三条团队创造力再生组态:强调学习和反思的“迭代更新型”、强调探索新知识和新机会的“另辟蹊径型”和强调使命清晰及风险承担的“使命重塑型”。上述发现为创新团队通过修复失败创伤获取可持续性创新源泉提供了理论依据。Regenerating team creativity from innovation failure recovery is vital for innovation teams to keep continuous innovation in uncertain and unsuccessful innovative activities.However,the regenerative path of team creativity along with innovation failure recovery remains to be revealed.As such,from the new perspective of innovation failure recovery,study 1 explored the key factors affecting the regeneration of team creativity from emotional regulation,motivational regulation,cognitive regulation,behavioral regulation and team characteristics by integrating self-regulation theory into the findings of a case interview about the regeneration of team creativity from innovation failure recovery.Then,this study constructed a configurational model of the regeneration of team creativity affected by the synergistic effect of key factors.In addition,by applying fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis method(fsQCA),study 2 explored the configurational effect of eight factors in the innovation failure recovery process on the regeneration of team creativity,which are negative emotion management,innovation calling clarity,team reflexivity,innovation opportunity revaluation,team failure learning,external knowledge acquisition,failure risk-taking propensity and team long-term orientation.The results show three configurations of the regeneration of team creativity.The"updating-iterated"configuration emphasizes learning and reflecting,"new paths-explored"configuration emphasizes acquiring new knowledge and exploring new opportunities and"callingreshaped"configuration emphasizes clearing innovation calling and taking failure risk.These findings provide a theoretical basis for the development of continued innovation via recovery from innovation failure.
