摘　　要：为探究乡村振兴背景下涉农国际商务人才核心素养的结构与特征,采用文献梳理和阐释性研究方法,系统分析了国际商务人才的基本核心素养,从跨文化沟通能力、国际市场分析能力等五个方面细化明确了相关核心素养的诸要素。根据乡村振兴的战略需求和总体要求,结合涉农惠农国际商务活动特点,从知农爱农意识、乡土文化情怀、乡村适应能力和绿色发展理念四个维度分别阐释了惠农核心素养的结构与特征。基于对国际商务人才共性核心素养和涉农惠农国际商务人才个性核心素养的分析,构建了由惠农核心素养和基本核心素养构成的乡村振兴背景下国际商务人才核心素养理论模型。该模型由9个维度、29个要素组成,系统揭示了乡村振兴背景下国际商务人才核心素养的构成体系、主要特征和关联关系,旨在为涉农惠农国际商务人才能力发展和服务乡村振兴的国际商务人才培养提供理论参考。To explore the structure and characteristics of the core competencies of international business talents agriculture-redated under the background of rural revitalization,literature review and interpretive research methods were used to systematically analyze the basic core competencies of international business talents,and the various elements of relevant core competencies were refined and clarified from five aspects,including cross-cultural communication ability,international-market analysis ability,etc.Based on the strategic needs and overall requirements of rural revitalization,combined with the characteristics of international business activities related to agriculture and benefiting agriculture,the structure and characteristics of the core literacy of benefiting agriculture are explained from four dimensions:awareness of knowing agriculture and loving agriculture,local cultural sentiment,rural adaptability,and green development concept.Based on the analysis of the common core competencies of international business talents and the individual core competencies of international business talents involved in agriculture and benefiting agriculture,a theoretical model of the core competencies of international business talents under the background of rural revitalization was constructed,consisting of two categories:agriculture-benefiting core competency and basic core competency.This model consists of 9 dimensions and 29 elements,systematically revealing the composition system,main characteristics,and interrelationships of the core competencies of international business talents under the background of rural revitalization,aiming to provide theoretical reference for the development of international business talents abilities related to agriculture and benefiting agriculture,and the cultivation of international business talents serving rural revitalization.
