摘  要:设计了一种可用于装配后连接器微波性能测试的装置。测试装置主要由过渡转接电路板、固定装置和同轴连接器组成,其中最重要组成为过渡转接电路板。建模仿真对比分析不同结构转接电路对测试装置性能的影响,确定带状线型转接电路为最优电路构成。通过印制板加工和微组装工艺制备得到测试装置实物,应用于连接器微波性能测试,在0.7 GHz~40 GHz,实现装配后连接器射频信号的无失真引出测试。A device for testing the microwave performance of assembled connectors was designed.The test device is mainly composed of a transition circuit board,a fixed device and a coaxial connector,and the most important component is a transition circuit board.The influence of different structure transition circuits on the performance of the test device is analyzed by modeling and simulation,and the strip line transition circuit is determined as the optimal circuit.Through the printed circuit board process and micro-assembly process,the test device was prepared and applied to the microwave performance test of the connector.At 0.7 GHz~40 GHz,the radio-frequency signal of the connector was tested without distortion.
