摘　　要：写作能力对于法科学生非常重要。西北政法大学“公法名著导读”课程以及公法读书会,强调法科学生的学术训练应注重经典阅读训练和写作能力培养的结合。在学问的起步阶段,应理解阅读经典的必要性,明晰如何选择和阅读经典;注重实际的写作过程,有意识地学习借鉴优秀文章;在自我审视、同辈交流与教师指导中实现写作能力的提高。在学术研究的漫长旅行中,总有前辈、同仁与你不期而遇,同行不孤。Writing ability is very important for law students.The course“Reading Guide to Public Law Masterpieces”as well as the public law reading club in the Northwest University of Political Science and Law emphasizes that the academic training of law students should focus on the combination of classic reading training and writing ability cultivation.In the beginning stage of learning,students should understand the necessity of reading classics,and make clear how to choose and read classics.In addition,they should focus on the actual writing process,consciously learn from excellent articles,and achieve the improvement of writing ability in self⁃examination,peer exchange and teacher guidance.In the long journey of academic research,there are always seniors and peers whom you meet unexpectedly,and you are not alone in your journey.
