摘  要:在中华民族迈向伟大复兴的关键时期,“弘扬教育家精神,做新时代大先生”不仅是一句口号,更是教育发展的迫切议题。作为教师队伍中的佼佼者,教育家视教如命、以教为志,他们代表了教师理想境界的极致追求,为构筑教育强国和建设高质量教师队伍提供了价值引领与精神动力。面对新历史阶段的挑战,应深化教育家精神在教师培养体系中的融入,通过树立“大先生”教师观,优化教师成长环境,构筑教师发展共同体,建立和完善评价机制等途径,在帮助教师实现从自在到自为的成长的同时,为社会培育大量教育家型教师。At this critical period when the Chinese nation is moving towards a great renaissance,‘carry forward the spirit of educators and be a great teacher in the new era’is not only a slogan,but also an urgent issue for the development of education.As the best teachers in the teaching force,educators regard teaching as their life and make teaching their ambition.They represent the ultimate pursuit of teachers'ideals and provide value leadership and spiritual impetus for the construction of a strong education nation and a high-quality teaching force.Facing the challenges of the new historical stage,we should deepen the integration of the spirit of educator in the teacher training system,and through establishing the concept of‘Mr Big’teacher,optimising the environment for teacher growth,constructinga teacher development community,and establishing and improving the evaluation mechanism,we can help teachers achieve growth from self-being to self-doing,and at the same time nurture a large number of educator-type teachers for the society.
