摘　　要：“OBE+PAD”教学模式是一种以成果为导向、以对分课堂为形式的教学模式。该模式强调将思政素质目标与课程内容的有机融合,以学生为中心,通过“教师讲授—学生讨论—内化吸收”的活动环节,促进学生的主动学习、深入理解和知识应用。该教学模式的实施为高职教育注入了新的活力,实现了对课堂管理、教学环节、学习环节的新变革。该模式着力提高学生的职业英语水平和实际应用能力,致力于培养学生的社会责任感、职业道德和人文精神,为学生未来的职业生涯奠定坚实基础。The"OBE+PAD"teaching model is an outcome-based and flipped classroom-oriented approach.This model emphasizes the organic integration of ideological and political quality goals with curriculum content,with students at the center.Through the activity of"teacher lectures-student discussions-internalization absorption",it promotes students'active learning,deep understanding,and knowledge application.The implementation of this teaching model has injected new vitality into higher vocational education,achieving new changes in classroom management,teaching processes,and learning processes.This model not only focuses on improving students'vocational English proficiency and practical application ability,but also aims to cultivate students'sense of social responsibility,professional ethics,and humanistic spirit,laying a solid foundation for their future career.
