摘 要:为了验证双液浆对于管片上浮控制的有效性,本文将盾构隧道等效为Timoshenko梁,并结合双液浆浆液试验、盾尾刷压缩试验及现场荷载试验,利用有限差分法计算了管片上浮量,并分析了浆液未凝固长度、等效抗剪刚度、等效抗弯刚度对管片上浮及内力的影响规律。研究结果表明:Timoshenko梁模型相比Euler-Bernoulli梁模型考虑了隧道的剪切变形,其计算结果相比现场实测数据误差仅为13%,管片上浮趋势也与实测结果相符;缩短浆液未凝固段长度、增大等效抗剪刚度可有效减小管片上浮量,而缩短浆液未凝固段长度不会使隧道弯矩及剪力增大,规避了纵向螺栓受力屈服的风险,为控制管片上浮的理想策略。In order to verify the effectiveness of the cement-sodium silicate grout for segment uplift control,this paper equates the shield tunnel to a Timoshenko beam and calculates the uplift amount of the segments using the finite difference method in combination with the cement-sodium silicate grout test,the shield-tail brush compression test,and the on-site loading test.The effects of the unconsolidated length of grout,equivalent shear stiffness,equivalent bending stiffness,and the coefficient of subgrade reaction on the uplift of the segments and the internal force were analyzed.The results show that:the Timoshenko beam model takes the shear deformation of the tunnel into account compared with the Euler-Bernoulli beam model,and the error of the calculation results is only 13%compared with the measured data in the field,and the tendency of the segments uplift is in line with the measured results.Shortening the length of the unsolidified section of the slurry and increasing the equivalent shear stiffness can effectively reduce the floating amount of the segments,while shortening the length of the unsolidified section of the slurry will not increase the bending moment and shear force of the tunnel,which avoids the risk of yield under force of the longitudinal bolt.The research results could provide an ideal strategy to control the floating of the segments.
