大盾构始发取消型钢反力架数值研究与工程实践

摘  要:大盾构始发过程需要可靠的反力系统,传统型钢反力架存在拆卸难度大、安全风险高、施工工期长、成本投入多等难题。为使大盾构始发施工更加高效安全,提出一种钢炮撑反力系统取代型钢反力架的盾构始发施工方法,并通过理论计算、数值仿真确定施工参数与布置形式,进而开展工程应用与现场监测,最终进行应用效果评价。结果表明:通过圆弧断面结构协同配合钢炮撑结构形成钢炮撑反力系统,可获得安全稳固的支撑结构,反力结构受力满足材料强度要求,能够代替传统型钢反力架施工;钢炮撑反力系统仅需吊装若干根短钢管撑,劳工数量及强度大大降低,拆装施工便捷,可以适用于不同直径的大盾构工程;在京滨铁路大盾构项目开展工程实践,反力系统及管片结构安全系数大于2.5,减少工期14天,实现扭亏为盈157.9万元。A reliable reaction system is required during the launching process of large shield tunneling machine.Many challenges are faced by conventional profile steel reaction frameworks,such as difficult disassembly,high safety risk,long construction period,and high-cost investment.A safer and simpler reaction system using steel support is newly proposed to replace the conventional steel reaction framework.The steel support reaction system's construction parameters and layout form are determined through theoretical calculation and numerical simulation.Then,the engineering application and on-site monitoring are carried out.Finally,the economic benefits are analyzed,and the application effect is evaluated.It was found that a safe and stable reaction structure system can be obtained through the cooperation of the circular section structure and the steel support.The stress instability of the reaction structure is restrained,and the conventional steel reaction frame can be safely and reliably replaced.Common short steel pipes are used,requiring much less workload and labor.The assembly and disassembly of the steel support reaction system are convenient and can be extensively applied to different large shield projects.The conventional profile steel reaction framework has been successfully replaced with the steel support reaction system in the Beijing-Binhai Railway large shield tunneling project.The safety factor of the reaction system and segment structure is greater than 2.5,the construction period is reduced by 14 days,and the economic benefit is created with 1.579 million yuan.
