摘　　要：针对目前茶叶揉捻的揉捻压力、揉捻时间和揉捻转速等依靠人工经验调整,导致每批次茶叶揉捻质量不稳定的问题,课题组提出一种茶叶揉捻压力控制机构。采用专用弹簧及压力检测装置设计压力自动控制调节结构,结合行程调整检测限位机构,实现揉捻压力的自动调节控制。进行了3组对比试验,结果表明:该揉捻压力自动调节控制机构能够提升不同批次茶叶揉捻的一致性,提高茶叶揉捻质量。Aiming at the problem that the rolling pressure,rolling time and rolling speed of tea rolling adjusted by manual experience,causing the unstable quality of each batch of tea rolling,the research group proposed a tea rolling pressure control mechanism.The automatic control and adjustment structure of pressure was designed by special spring and elastic force detection device,and the automatic adjustment and control of rolling pressure was realized by combining the stroke adjustment and detection limit mechanism.Three groups of comparative tests were carried out.The results show that the automatic rolling pressure control mechanism can improve the consistency of tea rolling in different batches and improve the quality of tea rolling.
