枕部异物一例并头颈部异物诊治思路分析

摘　　要：头颈部异物在临床工作中较为常见,大多具有明确的外伤史,可根据患者病史明确异物来源、性质,借助辅助检查(如X线、CT、B超等)明确异物的大小、位置与周围组织结构关系。因为头颈部解剖结构复杂,且具有重要的神经、血管,明确诊断后需及时取出,以防止并发症的产生。术前需根据异物的特点,结合周围解剖关系制定合适的手术方式及入路。本文借助来我院就诊及治疗的枕部异物患者1例,分析头颈部异物诊治思路,为临床医生诊疗提供思路。Foreign bodies in the head and neck are common in clinical work,most of which have a clear history of trauma.The source and nature of foreign bodies can be determined according to the patient's medical history,and the relationship between the size,location and surrounding tissue structure can be determined with the help of auxiliary examinations(such as X-ray,CT,B-ultrasound,etc.).Because the anatomical structure of the head and neck is complex and has important nerves and blood vessels,it should be removed in time after definite diagnosis to prevent complications.Before operation,appropriate surgical methods and approaches should be developed according to the characteristics of foreign bodies and the surrounding anatomical relations.With the help of 1 patient with occipital foreign body who came to our hospital for treatment and treatment,this paper analyzed the diagnosis and treatment ideas of foreign body in head and neck,providing ideas for clinicians.
