摘　　要：智能制造相关技术发展推动了制造业数智化升级,企业智能装备快速迭代和生产模式不断变革对智能制造装备技术专业人才培养与产业发展的同步性提出了更高要求。智能制造装备技术专业有选择地在行业龙头、骨干企业设置“岗位监测站”,构建企业人才需求和岗位能力需求信息平台,完善“定点监测、定期调研、多方会商”的岗位需求调研机制。通过实时有效获取企业新技术、新工艺、新标准、新装备发展动向和岗位需求变化信息,准确定位人才培养目标,优化人才培养方案,更新教学内容,引导教师技能提升,指导实训基地建设,保障人才培养与区域产业发展需求对接。The development of intelligent manufacturing related technologies has promoted the digital upgrading of the manufacturing industry.The rapid iteration of enterprise intelligent equipment and the continuous transformation of production modes have put forward higher requirements for the synchronization between the training of professional talents in intelligent manufacturing equipment technology and industrial development.The intelligent manufacturing equipment technology major selectively sets up"job monitoring stations"in industry leaders and backbone enterprises,builds an information platform for enterprise talent demand and job capability demand,and improves the job demand research mechanism of"fixed-point monitoring,regular research,and multi-party consultation",By obtaining real-time and effective information on the development trends and job demands of new technologies,processes,standards,and equipment in enterprises,accurately positioning talent training goals,optimizing talent training programs,updating teaching content,guiding teacher skill improvement,guiding the construction of training bases,and ensuring the alignment between talent training and regional industrial development needs.
