摘　　要：为适应新时代创业教育与学生成人成才的新要求,高职院校需要着力构建多主体联动、多层面实施、多方位辐射的创业教育生态系统。高职院校创业教育生态系统具有开放联动性、实践互动性和功能集成性,高职院校是创业教育生态系统建设的主体,政府是创业教育生态系统建设的主导,行业企业是创业教育生态系统建设的动力,社会组织是创业教育生态系统建设的有力支撑。构建与优化高职院校创业教育生态系统,需要将创业教育置于学校小环境与社会大环境中统筹考量,培育校内创业文化,完善创业教育师资队伍与课程体系,推进产学研用一体化,构建交互式评价反馈机制等,实现校内外动态协同教育,促成学生创业精神的生根、创业能力的提升。In order to meet the new requirements of entrepreneurship education and adult development of students in the new era,vocational colleges need to focus on building a multi subject linkage,multi-level implementation,and multi-dimensional radiation entrepreneurship education ecosystem.The entrepreneurship education ecosystem of vocational colleges has open linkage,practical interaction,and functional integration.Vocational colleges are the main body of the construction of the entrepreneurship education ecosystem,the government is the leading force in the construction of the entrepreneurship education ecosystem,industry enterprises are the driving force in the construction of the entrepreneurship education ecosystem,and social organizations are the strong support for the construction of the entrepreneurship education ecosystem.To build and optimize the ecosystem of entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges,it is necessary to consider entrepreneurship education in both the school environment and the social environment,cultivate a culture of entrepreneurship within the school,improve the teaching staff and curriculum system of entrepreneurship education,promote the integration of industry,academia,research and application,build an interactive evaluation and feedback mechanism,and achieve dynamic collaborative education both inside and outside the school,promoting the rooting of students’entrepreneurial spirit and the enhancement of their entrepreneurial ability.
