摘  要:针对EBZ200A型掘进机自动截割作业过程中位姿检测精度差、欠挖、超挖问题突出的情况,利用双目视觉姿态监测技术对掘进机的自动化控制系统进行改造。对掘进机的本体姿态检测方案、截割头姿态监测方案、标靶特征提取方案等进行了深入分析。根据在井下的实际应用表明,优化后的掘进机控制系统能够将巷道截割精度提升68.3%,基本解决了在工作过程中所存在的超挖、欠挖问题。Aiming at the situation of poor attitude detection accuracy and outstanding problems of under-digging and over-digging during the automatic cutting operation of EBZ200A roadheader,the automation control system of the roadheader is modified by using binocular vision attitude monitoring technology.In-depth analysis of the body attitude detection scheme,cutting head attitude monitoring scheme and target feature extraction scheme of the roadheader is carried out.According to the practical application in the underground,the optimized control system of the roadheader can improve the roadway cutting accuracy by 68.3%,and basically solve the problem of over-excavation and under-excavation in the working process.
