“一带一路”背景下职业教育国际化实践研究——以中国与中亚农业合作为例

摘  要:“一带一路”倡议下职业教育国际化在不断探索中前行。2023年中国—中亚峰会在西安召开,2023年12月和2024年12月中国—中亚五国职业农民培训项目均已在渭南职业技术学院顺利完成。在培训实施过程中,校方从课程、培养、教学方式和考核评价等方面寻找突破口。通过依托特色农业及地域文化,构建农业+文化国际化特色课程;发挥自身专业及师资优势,构建农业+特色多元培养方案;以数字化转型为契机,优化教学方式和评价方法等举措圆满完成培训。在推进探索中,校方也对师资国际化,课程资源国际化等现实困惑提出思索。通过实践研究,校方希望克服多种困难,走有特色、有内涵、品牌化之路。The internationalization of vocational education under the"Belt and Road"initiative is moving forward while constantly exploring.The 2023 China-Central Asia Summit will be held in Xi'an.In December 2023 and December 2024,the China-Central Asia Farmers Training Project have been successfully completed at Weinan Vocational and Technical College.During the training implementation process,the school looked for breakthroughs in terms of curriculum,training,teaching methods and assessment and evaluation.By relying on characteristic agriculture and regional culture,we will build an international characteristic course for agriculture+culture;give full play to our own professional and faculty advantages to build a diversified training plan for agriculture+characteristics;and take digital transformation as an opportunity to optimize teaching methods and evaluation methods to successfully complete the training.While promoting exploration,the school also raised concerns about practical dilemmas such as the internationalization of teachers and the internationalization of curriculum resources.Through practical research,the school hopes to overcome various difficulties and follow the path of characteristics,connotations and branding.
