摘 要:目的探讨翻转课堂教学模式在妇科“异位妊娠”临床见习中的应用效果。方法选取40名首都医科大学2019级急救本科定向班学生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各20名。对照组采用传统带教模式,研究组采用翻转课堂教学模式。比较两组的问卷调查结果及考试成绩。结果研究组在增加学习兴趣、增强理论知识理解程度、培养自主学习习惯、提高临床沟通能力、提高团队协作能力方面选择“是”的占比高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的理论知识考试成绩为40.121分,高于对照组的36.602分;研究组的病史采集、辅助检查分析、口试及病例汇报成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的临床技能操作成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论翻转课堂教学模式用于“异位妊娠”临床见习中,可提升学生学习兴趣,提高临床沟通与写作能力,培养自主学习习惯,提升考试成绩,其与妇产科教学的融合经验可进一步推广至其他临床学科的教学中,优化教学模式和资源分配,从而更有效地促进医学生的发展和培养。Objective To explore the application of flipped classroom teaching mode in clinical practice of gynecological"ectopic pregnancy".Methods A total of 40 emergency undergraduate directional class students of grade 2019 in Capital Medical University were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 20 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the study group adopted the flipped classroom teaching mode.The questionnaire survey results and test scores of the two groups were compared.Results The proportions of the study group choosing"yes"to increasing learning interest,enhancing the understanding of theoretical knowledge,cultivating autonomous learning habits,improving clinical communication ability and elevating teamwork ability were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical knowledge test score of the study group was 40.121 points,which was higher than 36.602 points of the control group;the scores of medical history collection,auxiliary examination analysis,oral test and case report in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in clinical skill operation score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom teaching mode applied in the clinical probation of"ectopic pregnancy"can enhance students interest in learning,improve clinical communication and writing ability,cultivate self-learning habits,and elevate test scores.Its integration experience with gynecology and obstetrics teaching can be further extended to the teaching of other clinical disciplines,optimize the teaching mode and resource allocation,so as to more effectively promote the development and training of medical students.
