摘  要:目的建立饮用水中莠去津及5种代谢产物的液相色谱-质谱联用技术的检测方法。方法水样加酸调pH=5.0,水溶液淋洗,氨化甲醇(V∶V=5∶95)溶液洗脱,采用WCX固相萃取柱富集纯化,经0.22μm滤膜过滤,使用ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3色谱柱分离,乙腈和0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,采用电喷雾离子源在正离子多反应监测模式下进行检测。结果莠去津及5种代谢产物的线性关系良好,相关系数均>0.998,加标回收率为83.1%~112.3%,相对标准偏差小于5.0%,方法检出限为0.008~0.060 ng/L。结论本方法简单、快捷,灵敏,适用于饮用水中莠去津及代谢产物含量的同时测定。Objective To develop a method for detecting atrazine and its five metabolites in drinking water using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS).Methods Samples were adjusted to pH 5.0,concentrated using a WCX column,washed with water,and eluted by 5%ammonia-methanol solution.The samples were then filtrated through a 0.22μm membrane.An ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 column was selected for chromatography.Gradient elution was performed,using acetonitrile and 0.1%formic acid as the mobile phase.The electrospray ionization source was used for detection.Results Atrazine and its 5 metabolites demonstrated a strong linear relationship with the correlation coefficient greater than 0.998.The spiked recoveries ranged from 83.1%to112.3%,and the relative standard deviations were below 5.0%.The detection limit was between0.008 ng/L and 0.060 ng/L.Conclusions This method was simple,rapid,and sensitive,making it suitable for simultaneous determination of atrazine and its metabolites in drinking water.
