摘  要:法学专业同步实践教学是将实践教学贯穿于法学人才培养全过程,将实践教学和理论知识教学融为一体的一种实践教学模式。其有助于破解法学专业异步实践教学的虚无化并克服法学专业实践教学可推广性弱的缺陷。落实法学专业同步实践教学具体体现为“三融合”:在教学方式上,将培养实践能力融入理论课程教学,将理论知识融入实践课程中;在考核方式上,将实践效果融入理论课程考核,将实践过程分别纳入实践课程;在课时设计上,借助实践课程课时完成理论教学的实践部分及实践课程中的理论实践活动,实现理论教学与实践教学的融合进行。Synchronous practical teaching in law major is a practical teaching mode that integrates practical teaching throughout the entire process of cultivating legal talents.It is a practical teaching mode that integrates practical teaching and theoretical knowledge teaching.It helps to break the nihilism of asynchronous practical teaching in law major and overcome the weak generalizability of practical teaching in law major.The implementation of synchronous practical teaching in the field of law is specifically reflected in the"three integrations",that is,in the design of teaching methods,the cultivation of practical abilities is integrated into theoretical course teaching,and theoretical knowledge is integrated into practical courses.In the design of assessment methods,the practical effects will be integrated into the theoretical course assessment,and the practical process will be included in the practical courses separately.In terms of class hour design,the practical part of theoretical teaching and theoretical practical activities in practical courses are completed through the use of practical course hours,achieving the integration of theoretical teaching and practical teaching.
