摘  要:人工智能技术在高校教育教学中的应用日益广泛,特别是在教学资源的配置与管理中展现出显著的优势。文章通过分析人工智能在优化教学资源分配、课程设计与教学质量监测中的应用现状,指出该过程中面临的挑战,提出相应的策略,即加强数据保护机制、优化技术投资与资源分配、强化技术培训、构建公平的教学资源生态系统。以期为高校教学资源的智能化配置提供理论与实践参考,助力实现高效与公平的教育资源管理。The application of artificial intelligence technology in college education and teaching is increasingly extensive,especially in the allocation and management of teaching resources shows significant advantages.By analyzing the application status of artificial intelligence in optimizing the allocation of teaching resources,curriculum design and teaching quality monitoring,the paper points out the challenges faced in the process,and puts forward corresponding strategies,namely strengthening the data protection mechanism,optimizing the technology investment and resource allocation,strengthening the technology training,and building a fair teaching resource ecosystem.It is expected to provide theoretical and practical reference for the intelligent allocation of teaching resources in colleges and universities,and help realize efficient and fair management of educational resources.
