摘 要:在全球相互依赖与竞争加剧的时代,全球胜任力成为个体和国家发展的关键能力。美国通过顶层设计和政策引领,将全球胜任力培养纳入国家战略,特别在基础教育阶段通过课程建构和教学实施进行重点培养。美国中小学通过分层次课程设计、跨学科教学、校内外课程融合及多主体协同合作,有效融入全球胜任力教育。马里兰州蒙哥马利学区通过丰富课程和特色项目培养学生的全球视野和跨文化交流能力,借鉴其案例,我国基础教育阶段培养学生全球胜任力方面应强化科研引领构建治理结构、依托课程建设优化资源配置、推动跨学科项目培育创新人才等。In the era of increasing global interdependence and competition, global competence has become a key capability for individual and national development. The United States has incorporated global competency development into its national strategy through top-level design and policy guidance,particularly focusing on curriculum construction and teaching implementation in the basic education stage. American primary and secondary schools effectively adopt global competency education through hierarchical curriculum design, interdisciplinary teaching, integration of on campus and off campus curriculum, and multi-party collaboration. The Montgomery School District in Maryland cultivates students' global perspectives and cross-cultural communication abilities through rich courses and characteristic projects. Drawing on its case studies, China's basic education stage should strengthen scientific research leadership, build governance structures, optimize resource allocation based on curriculum construction, and promote interdisciplinary projects to cultivate innovative talents in cultivating students' global competence.
