高校学前教育专业男生的心理困惑与解决策略——基于“社会认同”理论视角

摘  要:以社会认同理论为视角,探讨高校学前教育专业男生的心理困惑及其解决策略。通过半结构化深度访谈的方法,分析学前教育专业男生在性别角色认同、专业身份认同以及职业认同等方面的心理困扰,并基于社会认同理论提出解决策略:通过强化男生性别角色认同,帮助其正确认识和接纳自己的性别角色;提升男生的专业归属感,帮助其确立并认同自己的专业身份;树立正确的职业观,帮助其增强职业认同和价值认同。通过以上措施深化对学前教育专业男生心理困惑的社会认同理论理解,并为有效解决问题提供切实可行的策略和依据。From the perspective of social identity theory,this study explores the psychological confusion of male students majoring in preschool education in colleges and universities,and proposes its solution strategies.Using semi-structured in-depth interviews,this study analyzes the psychological distress of male students in preschool education regarding gender role identity,professional identity,and occupational identity.Based on social identity theory,strategies for resolution are proposed.These include strengthening the male students'gender role identity to help them correctly understand and accept their gender roles;enhancing their sense of professional belonging to help them establish and identify with their professional identity;and establishing a correct view of their profession to help them strengthen their occupational and value identification.Through these measures,the aim is to deepen the understanding of the psychological confusion of male students majoring in preschool education from the perspective of social identity theory and to provide practical strategies and a basis for effectively resolving the issues.
