摘  要:心理育人作为思想政治教育的关键节点,为构建“以生为本”的“大思政”育人格局,降低功利性、工具性等负面影响提供内容与方法支持,有利于推动教育工作回归对人本身的关切。心理育人通过突出关口前移、突出功能联动、突出真情实感,构建精确施力与快速反应相结合的心理育人工作路径。坚持心理育人与价值引领、帮难解困、营造环境相结合,有助于加快推动构建以学生为主体的心理育人工作格局。Psychological education,as a key node in ideological and political education,provides content and method support for build‐ing a"student-centered"and"great ideological and political"education pattern,reducing negative effects such as utilitarianism and instrumentality,and is conducive to promoting educational work to return to the concern for people themselves.Psychological education aims to build a path that combines the precise application of force and rapid response by highlighting the key points forward,highlighting functional linkage,and highlighting genuine emotions and feelings.Adhering to the combination of psychological education with value guidance,helping difficulties,and creating an environment can help accelerate the construction of a student-centered psycholog‐ical education work pattern.
