摘　　要：本研究聚焦于中华优秀传统文化资源融入“思想道德与法治”课程。在二十大报告强调推进文化自信自强,铸就社会主义文化新辉煌的背景下,以及习近平总书记关于弘扬中华优秀传统文化一系列重要讲话精神的指引下,深入探求中华优秀传统文化与“思想道德与法治”课程内容融合的可行性,通过对当前中华优秀传统文化融入“德法”课存在的现状分析,探索融入之具体路径。旨在增强“思想道德与法治”课程的实效性和吸引力,以回应时代需求,充分发挥高校思政课铸魂育人的主渠道作用,为推动教育事业的发展贡献力量。This study focuses on the integration of Chinese traditional cultural resources into the“Ideological Morality and the Rule of Law”course.In the context of the 20th National Congress report,which emphasized the advancement of cultural confidence and strength to create a new splendor of so-cialist culture,and under the guidance of President Xi Jinping’s series of important speeches on pro-moting Chinese traditional culture,this paper explores the feasibility of integrating traditional cul-tural resources with the content of the“Ideological Morality and the Rule of Law”course.Through an analysis of the current situation of integrating traditional Chinese culture into the“Ideological Morality and the Rule of Law”course,the study explores specific integration paths.The aim is to enhance the effectiveness and appeal of the course to meet contemporary needs,fully utilizing the role of university ideological and political courses as a primary channel for moral and intellectual development,and contributing to the development of the education sector.
