成长型思维在实习护生主动性人格与临床实践自我调节学习间的中介效应

摘  要:目的了解实习护生临床护理实践自我调节学习能力现状,探讨成长型思维在主动性人格与临床护理实践自我调节学习能力间的中介作用。方法采取便利抽样法,于2022年8-10月采用一般资料调查表、成长型思维量表、主动性人格量表、临床护理实践自我调节学习能力量表,对新疆地区871名三级医院实习护生进行问卷调查,并探讨变量之间的关系。结果实习护生主动性人格、成长型思维、临床护理实践自我调节学习能力得分分别为(55.41±10.17)分、(52.33±8.69)分、(57.76±11.04)分,成长型思维、主动性人格、临床护理实践自我调节学习3个变量间均呈显著正相关(r=0.574~0.682,P<0.001);成长型思维在主动性人格与临床护理实践自我调节学习之间起部分中介作用(95%CI:0.51~0.74),中介效应值为0.20。结论护生的培养要重视成长型思维模式的塑造,引导他们在临床实践阶段制定成长型思维学习策略,提高其临床实践调节能力,在掌握知识、技能的基础上,深入了解护理职业特点,为培养优秀护理人才提供保障。Objective To understand the current situation of clinical nursing practice self-regulated learning ability of nursing students,and to explore the mediating effect of growth thinking between proactive personality and clinical nursing practice self-regulated learning ability.Methods From August to October 2022,convenience sampling was used to investigate 871 nursing students in a tertiary hospitals in Xinjiang with general information questionnaire,Growth Thinking Scale,Proactive Personality Scale and Clinical Nursing Practice Self-regulated Learning Ability Scale.Relationship between variables were explored.Results The score of proactive personality,growth thinking and self-regulated learning ability of clinical nursing practice were(55.41±10.17),(52.33±8.69)and(57.76±11.04),respectively.Growth thinking,proactive personality and self-regulated learning of clinical nursing practice were significantly positively correlated(r=0.544-0.682,P<0.001).Growth thinking played a partial mediating role between proactive personality and self-regulated learning in clinical nursing practice(95%CI:0.51-0.74),and the mediating effect value was 0.20.Conclusion The cultivation of nursing students should pay attention to shaping of growth thinking mode,guiding them to develop growth thinking learning strategies in the clinical practice stage,improving their clinical practice adjustment ability,and understanding the characteristics of nursing profession on the basis of mastering knowledge and skills,so as to providing guarantee for the cultivation of excellent nursing talents.
